  "Teal Windows is disappointed with the photo's taken by Dianne's & placed on this site & others as well as any review also done. At Teal Windows cost Teal has willingly worked with the builder and the finish supplier to rectify the mould growth on the surface of Teal's products which the finish supplier's chemist advised is specifically related to the setting of Dianne's house site. The same mould appears on most other products at the house. Following a site visit the finish supplier has made recommendations to Dianne's husband Martin to rectify the mould issue followed by Martin applying the finish coats. Teal Windows will continue to monitor the progress of all finish supplier's recommendations and will always work to resolve customer issues to the satisfaction of both parties."
